Booking Policy

Reservations
A debit or credit card number is requested for room bookings, all major cards are taken.

Dinner Reservations
Due to the popularity of restaurant tables reservations need to be made in advance.  Please discuss your requirements at the time of booking your room. For tables 8 persons or a £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required.

Check-in time
Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Different check-in or checkout times will need to be made by prior arrangement only.

Children/Family Room
The family room has a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep two children.  All children under 3 years old sharing parents rooms are free. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 sharing parents room will be charged at the rate of £25 per child per night. Cots can be supplied free of charge on pre-request.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Balance payments
Final bills are to be paid on departure by cash, credit card or cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card. All prices include VAT. Occasionally it may be necessary to change our room rates on special event weekends.

Cancellation
Reservations of a room cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the room rate if we are unable to relet the room.
Reservations for a group booking cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the room rate per room booked if we are unable to relet the room.
