Where to Stay

the BOOK

*

It gives us great pleasure to announce Stephen’s debut book. As you probably know he has always said he would never write a book, but we’re pleased to say that he has finally put pen to paper. He has taken the opportunity to talk about what inspires his cooking in addition to many fellow chefs and colleagues giving their thoughts on what inspires them.

Inspired by… published in October 2015, is available from the Hardwick. You can also buy the book here: Inspired by... Stephen Terry

the Chefs

The Hardwick is a happy home for talented chefs who love wonderful fresh food and prepare it with lots of care and attention.

Henry (Henders) Macleod

Henry is a star of the future. He knows how to prepare the fresh local ingredients we use like an old hand.

Stephen (Chef-la) Terry

Chief crab whisperer

Stephen Terry opened his first restaurant 15 years ago. Since then he has found that one of the many pleasures of living in South Wales is that he is now closer and often at the source of produce that features on the Hardwick menus.
