Front of House Positions
Manager
We are looking for a Manager to join our dynamic team, working alongside the proprietors in managing and running our established busy restaurant and new eight bedroom accommodation.
We pride ourselves on offering a consistently high standard of food and service to our customers and we want someone to join us who shares our passion for exceeding our customer’s expectations. You must have the ability and skill to play an important part in the challenge of running this busy establishment as we continue to build on our current success. Relative experience in a similar establishment with accommodation is essential.
We are able to offer an apartment on site. Salary negotiable.
Full & Part Time Front of House Staff
Recent experience in a similar role is preferred.
You must have a smart appearance, be enthusiastic and have good communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Duties will include, laying and waiting on tables, taking orders, serving customers, replenishing stock, keeping the environment clean and presentable, operating the till and cash handling and other associated tasks as required.
Hours of Work:
We operate a rota system of split shifts:
Lunch Service - 11:00/12:00 until Lunch Close
Dinner Service - 18:00/18:30/19:00 until Dinner Close
Pay is negotiable dependent on experience, plus tips.
