News: Ty Hapus Gala Dinner
Stephen hosted a six course gala dinner which took place on Friday evening to raise money for the charity Ty Hapus, which helps young sufferers with early onset dementia. Each chef cooked a course accompanied by wines provided by Nigel O'Sullivan of Fine Wines Direct.
The chefs included Josh Eggleton - Chef owner The Pony & Trap, Ben Tish - Executive Chef Salt Yard Group, Dominic Chapman - Head Chef The Royal Oak, Tom Kerridge - Chef Owner The Hand & Flowers, James Mackenzie - Chef Owner The Pipe and Glass and of course not forgetting Stephen!
The evening was a complete success and the money that has been raised from the event will no doubt go a long way to help with funding for the charity.
